Hi @DaikiI163743143,

Yes, it is possible for other ESS users to add comments to tickets created by another ESS user, provided they have access to the record and permission to update the comments field.

By default, ESS users can typically access only records they are authorized to see (for example, Requested For, Opened By, or through specific ACL rules).

To allow additional ESS users to comment, you can grant access through

  • ACLs (Read/Write access)

  • Group-based access

  • A custom collaborator/stakeholder field with ACL logic

  • Other custom record-sharing mechanisms

    Record Access
    +
    Write Access to Comments

    ESS User can add comments

There is no OOTB setting that automatically allows all ESS users to comment on tickets created by other ESS users.

Access must be granted through record visibility and ACL configuration.

Hi @DaikiI163743143

Refer:

Allow end users to add comments on RITM when requested for others

In Existing ACL , update ACL role as suggested.
