If a tablenname.* acl allows everyone to write all fields, and a tablename.fieldA acl allows admin only to write fieldA. Then finally will only admin can write field A or everyone can write field A?

For other users (who are not admin), that specific field (fieldA) will become read-only — they can see it (if they have read access) but cannot edit or update it.
So:
Admin → can write (edit) fieldA
Other users → fieldA is read-only
