Comments Field Not Working in Agent Workspace

I am experiencing an issue in Agent Workspace where the Comments fields are not functioning as expected. I've already reviewed the ACLs, and they appear to be correctly configured, but the issue still persists.

Hi @gowtham687104 ,

The type for the fields 'comments' and 'work_notes' is 'Journal' whereas in the OOTB is 'Journal Input' (that is supported in Agent Workspace).

you can try changing the field type of comment and work notes from  'Journal' to Journal Input'. 

I hope this resolves the issue.
