configure the function of Enter in chat?

Hi all,

We see that end users find it difficult to use the Enter key in a chat.

After all, as soon as you touch it, what you have typed is sent immediately. The enduser cannot (they feel) make a complete story out of it before they send the text. The question "looks a mess".

 

This can be done with the Shift+enter combination but not everyone knows that.
How can I change that in a ServiceNow chat and for example always use the enter as a shift enter. And e.g. send it with shift+enter?

 

Can I adjust that?

Hi Sohail,

 

I tried this but it does not work on my instances (Utah and Washington)
both have the mentioned code  twice on different lines and replacing them with "the new code  gives an error when saving. So there is something wrong with the knowlegde item. perhaps for an older release?
