Error Popup in Agent Workspace

Hello,

Whenever the user attempts to reply in Agent Workspace chat, an error popup [Internal Server Error (500)] appears each time.

Although the message is successfully delivered, the error message continues to show up. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello @SakshamB  

 

This will occur in Agent Workspace, are you an external for this system ? Not an internal user - are you guest user or non-AD user ?

 

In that case use - "Service Opertions Workspace" It has better features then Agent Workspace and at the same time it has all the features of agent workspace and this issue won't be there.

Seems you are on legacy agent workspace and you should start using the Service Operations Workspace (built on new framework).

Is this coming for all users or some users?

Internal Server Errors are rare and usually caused by bugs that can't be fixed with a workaround. Have you reported this issue on the support portal to ServiceNow?

For now, this issue is reported by one user only. My org is using this one only. Any idea how can i debug this issue?
