Error Popup in Agent Workspace

Hello,

Whenever the user attempts to reply in Agent Workspace chat, an error popup [Internal Server Error (500)] appears each time.

Although the message is successfully delivered, the error message continues to show up. How can I resolve this issue?

Agree with Ankur - recommend the Service Operations Workspace if possible.

I needed solution for Agent Workspace only.

Sorry but for this you need to raise a case with ServiceNow and they can investigate it further.

Please keep this question unanswered and share the status when you get update on that Ticket from ServiceNow.
