Error Popup in Agent Workspace

Hello,

Whenever the user attempts to reply in Agent Workspace chat, an error popup [Internal Server Error (500)] appears each time.

Although the message is successfully delivered, the error message continues to show up. How can I resolve this issue?

Our client has the same problem. They receive the same pop-up message and they can't continue to chat with the end user. It is a really problem. How can we resolve this? It looks like a ServiceNow problem. The issue started yesterday in the morning. Has anybody more information about what is happening? Thanks in advance!

The Agent workspace is being deprecated. I think it already is, not 100% sure. Due to this, it will start throwing errors since it is no longer in support.

The best thing to do is to change to Service Operations Workspace.  It was rough in the beginning but ServiceNow has improved that workspace, so it is better now.
