KB Articles redirecting to product documentation

When I am attempting to open KB's from the ServiceNow Support portal such as: 
Core UI Reporting
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2876435

I am getting redirected to completely unrelated product docs:
Create a risk response task in the Risk Workspace

It's simply a broken link. That's not particularly uncommon.

If you know the title of the page being recommended, it's usually faster to just search for it on the web.

You could also report the issue to Now and wait for them to fix it, but there's no guarantee the fix will be made quickly.


By the way, I believe this is the link you were referring to in your example. I also confirmed that the page itself is still live and accessible.

The link appears to be corrupted.

You can raise a ticket with your ServiceNow vendor regarding this. They should be able to investigate and correct it.
