Which are the latest chat related products that are active now?

There are chat products like sidebar, agent chat, connect chat, x chat, y chat, z chatetc......

I know few are deprecated, few are replaced.

 

Thus, wanted to know which are the latest chat related products that are active/in use now?

At this time, the Conversational Interfaces console is the latest and greatest collection of our chat capabilities and it has been developed to be used with our latest Next Experience UI (ie workspace driven).

  • Agent Chat: used for connecting to live support and can be integrated with a variety of omni-channels like SMS or MS Teams
  • Sidebar Chat: chats between fulfiller agents to work on task based records
  • Virtual Agent: chatbot with NLU and GenAI capabilities via Now Assist

@Dexter Chan Thanks a lot for replying. So I understand all other chats like Connect chat, connect support etc are no longer to be used.

the only ones that are to be used is Agent chat and Sidebar chat - which are the only active chat products right?
