Hi @aithakalyan,
To extend your knowledge, you can read the question here (or ask your own), then take some trainings, watch demo videos. Here are two great places to start University and Developer Portal:
- Get Started with ServiceNow University
- Learn about ServiceNow and earn badges, points, certificates, and improve your rank.
- Most courses are free, only a few are paid.
- Start with the "Welcome to ServiceNow " training, it's fun and gives you your first certificate!
- The most important first certificate is Certified System Administrator (CSA), useful for almost any ServiceNow role.
- Trainings at the SN University provide temporary lab instances with pre-installed plugins and apps.
Scroll to select your Career Journeys:
- System Admin

To learn more about trainings:
[ServiceNow University] - Vouchers eligibility, Free Trainings, Paid Exams and Payments | FAQs
- Request your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) — your own ServiceNow sandbox to practice safely.
- You can try almost everything for free (except a few advanced features like AI).
- Explore guides, tutorials, blogs, and documentation to learn more.
Learning Plan ServiceNow Administrator:
- Learn admin skills to move into app development.
- Includes 13 short, self-paced modules.
TL;DR
ServiceNow University = Learn and earn badges or certifications.
Developer Portal = Practice and explore the platform hands-on.

I would recommend you to go through CSA on-demand course in ServiceNow University and practice lab tasks. You can go through Yokohama release notes for modules specific to CSA certification as you can expect few questions from new release. I would recommend not to go through dumps as it is never reliable and not the right way to your certification path.
Focus more time on Sections 3-6 as it carries more weightage in the exam scoring. Once you complete your course and lab tasks, I would recommend you to go through quizlet website and look for ServiceNow CSA questions. This will help to summarize the topics and test your knowledge on the subject and help to prepare for the exams. Do not follow the answer from any third party website as they are not reliable and often mislead you, use it only for reference and do your own research for the correct answer.
All the best for your exam !
