AmazonConnect連携：AmazonConnect側のContactタブが定期的に開いてしまう

AmazonConnect連携を設定したのですが、AmazonConnect側にログインした後タブを閉じても定期的にタブが開いてしまいます。頻度を落とす、もしくは一度AmazonConnect側にログインしたら上がってこなくなるような設定はできないでしょうか。

When loading the UI page "aws_ccp", the process to check the status of the session token and log in is described.I think it needs customization as needed or measures such as reviewing session timeouts.
