I have upgraded the ServiceNow Voice with Amazon Connect to the latest version 5.0. But the lex template is still of version 1.0. Has the integration been updated to include lex v2 template?
From following documentation it seems Amazon lex v2 template does not come up with Amazon connect 5.0. Its a component which need to deploy at AWS end.
So I guess your post to aws(amazon) community , will give you correct answer.
