Recordings and Transcripts are not getting attached to the Interaction Record

Hello All, 

 

I have completed the Amazon Connect Setup on my instance. I am getting the transcript and sentiment analysis generated on the call analysis tab in workspace, but the same is not getting attached to the interaction record. 

 

The recording is not getting generated at all. It is always as shown below.

This is on the UTAH release. Any idea what could be the issue here.

Savleen - Did you fix your issue?  I have similar problems and this poorly supported product is difficult to troubleshoot.

Hi Paul, 

Sorry for the late response, my problem was fixed earlier. Amazon was not sending us the recording at that time as it was disabled from their end.
