I have setup a base ServiceNow Voice (its called Cloud call center before San Diego) integration with Amazon Connect, with the help of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnCEpKytdeQ&ab_channel=ServiceNowSupport
I am trying to test it out now but don't really know how to proceed.
As part of the plugins activation, there are some configurations called Operation handlers installed according to https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/cloud-call-center/reference/instld-with-cloud-call-center.html and https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/cloud-call-center/reference/instld-with-amazn-cnct-integ.html.
I do not have AWS connect knowledge so I'm trying to see if I can test the APIs on ServiceNow side using Postman first. However I can't find much information about these operational handlers and whether they can be tested in Postman.
If anyone who know how to test the integration from postman or know if it is possible in the first place, I would appreciate your help greatly.
