We have used Azure integration we are sending attachments to azure if azure if they have add any raposteps this steps are storing description in ServiceNow along with what attachments we send to azure those attachment's again coming back to ServiceNow and storing in incident. we are using OOB Functionality.
only on time we are getting once we update first time raposteps in azure end.
