Does ServiceNow Outbound REST support sending attachments as multipart/form-data files

Has anyone successfully used sn_ws.RESTMessageV2 to send attachments as multipart/form-data (not Base64) to an external API? If so, was it achieved using only supported ServiceNow APIs, or did it require custom workaround?

yes I had successfully sent multi-part form data content type including attachment for DocuSign many years ago

So platform supports that
