I am working on ServiceNow for a couple of months and I have doubt regarding one of the process.
How can I connect ServiceNow to a windows server and get the CPU utilization log and populate the value on the work notes of the ticket.?
Can someone please let me know the pre-requisites and the process that I need to follow to complete the above process.
