Coupa Spoke Limitations

The Coupa Spoke is very restrictive. There is no documentation from ServiceNow side or the Coupa side on how to write a "Query Text". Also the action only returns a single record when you are expected to work on multiple records:

I know there is a stream action similar to a look up action but the "Query Text" still eludes me. How to write a query ?

for such type of spokes the only option is trial and error and play with it as there is no documentation or videos
