Hello,

 

Question on  how OAuth works in ServiceNow. looks like we need a user account in ServiceNow for an external system to connect to ServiceNow to get the token
Can we do without a user account? If so can you please help with the steps.

see if it works with grant type as Authorization code without local account

I believe the local user is required only once to allow access to resources
