We recently enabled encryption. The description field is now encrypted and my curl show the cipher text. Is there a role I can give my user to be able to curl the API and get the plain text of the description field? Currently have 65 roles for my user.
Right now I have a job that curls and looks for new tickets. Based on the description it will do ... and now that it is encrypted I get nothing.
