Need to integrate with third party tool using auth2.0

Hello Everyone,

I need to integrate the service-now with third party tool using REST API auth2.0.
Third party tool will send the response to generate Change request in servicenow.

Please let me know how to integrate using auth2.0

i am new into the integration, is there anything where i can refer for auth2.0 and third party will make a call to create a change req in service now
