I am attempting to bring in Chat transcripts stored in CXone into ServiceNow. Does anyone have any experience in doing so? We would love to do this near real time, but if we have to setup a batch process that is OK too. thank you!

So, we were not able to get full admin rights to allow for this adapter as is. We are instead using API calls with limited use system accounts. So, from an API perspective, how can I create an activity record under a case with the chat transcript in the Notes field or in an attachment to the activity? I would love to be able to do this real time, but would consider a batch process as well. I am checking on the same with the CXone support group also!
