Hi All,

We are trying to auto populate DocuSign Template with ServiceNow Catalog variables dynamically.

Please let us if anyone worked on it and can guide through the right Flow designer Action to be used to fulfill the Task.

Can you elaborate more?

Do you want to populate the catalog variables when the catalog item is loaded in portal?

or

Do you want to submit a catalog request in the backend with details from docusign?

Hi Sumanth,

Post submitting the RITM, we want to populate the DocuSign Template with the variable vaules.

ServiceNow has this DocuSign Spoke which gives multiple Actions to fulfill the same, We are trying to figure out the right and values to be passed to the work done.

where are you stuck then? Did you get the values already from a spoke action and trying to find a way to set it in the RITM?

Did you check docs on how the spoke needs to be configured to include RITM fields or variables?
