Hi Team.
Here we are using one catalog for consultant on-Boarding, and whenever the RITM is submitted for consultant on-boarding there is one field on catalog called "Contract Reference Number (CRN) " which is present in CLM application/software which is 3rd party software,
If in CLM, under this number (CRM) on-boarding user is present then only processed with the request and if user with the mentioned name in the catalog is not present in the CLM software with the mentioned CRM number/under mentioned CRM number then close/cancel the request item.
can anyone help me in this?
