The check status API for RTIM returns state empty for the newly created RITM ticket request.

The API request to check the RITM status returns an empty state for a newly created ticket whereas the state on the ServiceNow is set to pending which should return -5. 

After the change in the state value from UI the API returns the respective values correctly. 

 

We are tracking the newly created tickets state on the creation. 

Please help us to understand the change in the API behaviour or if is there any existing defect.
