Could you please provide guidance on how grant additional roles/privileges to the following accounts.
1. Service account XXX – Currently, it doesn't have access to listing views. It is configured as a webservice only account with itil, rest_service, and snc_internal roles.
2. Developer account 123 – Requires privileges to execute scripts (both background and fixed scripts) to generate views. This is a key activity, as there are limitations in performing JOIN operations across tables using ServiceNow's REST API.
3.Developer account abc – Needs the ITSM role to access ITSM-related tables. This is required in order to list ITSM specific tables.
I would like to be able to grant the least amount of access to allow these accounts to perform the required work.
Your support is greatly appreciated.
Ray

Why does a webservice account need access to list views?
Executing scripts needs the admin role and access to the ITSM tables is granted through ITIL.
