Hi, I am trying to retrieve the data from incidents table and i got a data successfully, and i need to segregate according to management zone so with sys_id,
api : service_now/api/now/table/incident
2..Is there any api to know which application service name is with which sys_id.
3.So that i can show that particular incidents for that application name only
4.And when i got more incident i saw this mttr time is in some unix sec is there any way to get as seconds
