Integrate AWS demo instance to service now demo instance

Looking to build AWS AI use case on demo/sandbox instance and would like to use leverage Service Now available demo instance. May I know how can I build and configure service now demo instance

To get Servicenow PDI (Personal developer instance) :

Go to : https://developer.servicenow.com/  sign in with your ServiceNow ID or if you dont have create new one .

Developer Site > Account >Request Instance

Select an available ServiceNow release and request the instance. Once provisioned, ServiceNow provides the instance URL and credentials through the My Instance area.

Your instance will look like  https://dev12345.service-now.com 

The PDI gives you admin access and is suitable for building a PoC. However, ServiceNow explicitly says PDIs are intended for learning/exploration and not for business or production use.
