Has anyone implemented an integration between ServiceNow and Puzzel Contact Center? I couldn’t find any official documentation or plugin for this. I’m exploring the possibility of embedding the Puzzel softphone using OpenFrame (CTI) and syncing call data via REST APIs or webhooks.
Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be appreciated.
