Integration - Email Parser for External Vendor Requests

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a task related to evaluating the Email Parser for handling External Vendor Requests. In our context, External Vendor Requests refer specifically to T-Systems and OBS.

My question is:
Is it technically feasible or even recommended to set up an Email Parser for their internal process? I'm a bit unclear whether such a parser can be effectively used given their role as external vendors.

Any insights or best practices from similar setups would be highly appreciated.
