Language Filter in ServiceNow Connector(Copilot Studio)

Hi All,

 

I am developing a Copilot Studio agent that use the ServiceNow connector "Get knoledge articles" .
The connection works, but the agent only retrieves English knowledge articles.
Our main content is written in Japanese, so we would like to know how to configure the connector to search and return Japanese articles correctly.

 

The Filter value I used is similar to:

kb_knowledge_base=<KB sys_id>^language=ja^workflow_state=published

 

Could you please advise why the language filter is not working as expected, or if additional configuration is required on the connector or ServiceNow side?
