Microsoft Teams Chatbot Creating Incident via Scripted REST API-How to Add Files to Incident Record

Hi everyone,

I'm working on an integration where we're using a chatbot in Microsoft Teams to create incidents in ServiceNow. We're using a Scripted REST API to handle the incident creation.

The chatbot team has built a form within the bot that allows users to fill out incident details. They've also included an option for users to add attachments.

Our requirement is to have these attachments, added by the user in the chatbot form, automatically attached to the newly created incident in ServiceNow.

My question is:

Is this functionality feasible? If so, could someone please a solution on how to achieve this?

Specifically, I'm looking for information on:

* How to handle the file data sent from the chatbot in the Scripted REST API.
* The best practice for creating the attachment record in ServiceNow and linking it to the incident.
Any code examples or references to documentation would be incredibly helpful!
