I have been looking at this for hours and overcome a lot of upgrade issues to get here but i am stuck so hoping someone has an easy answer my tired brain isn't thinking of
We are using the absolute API to pull data into service now
Pre upgrade (both on service now (now on Xanadu) and Absolute connector (they changed their model a lot) the integration worked fine.
One of the fields we pull from absolute is u_dfactionstatus which contains a json string with freeze information which we use the preview and prepare data to split out and then transform to map to other fields.
The field is pulling in in the import sets fine
It is not in the Preview and Prepare
It is not available to select as an additional field
Weirdly if i go to map the field shows up in the pills to be able to select but is the field that should have the full JSON but is showing blank
Anyone have any ideas how i get this to show up in preview and prepare.
Is there a better form for this?
