Is it possible to use the incident form and API integration to fetch and update the time zone based on the country selected in the incident record, even if the user record does not have the country or time zone fields updtaed during user creation.
timezone fileds are user's timezone and agent's timezone created in incident.
Can anyone please help to how to do?
