If you would have googled it, you would have seen that there are a lot of hits on how to do this, but it all depends on the way of integration. Hi,

Let me better explain the scope of the integration:

A new request is opened in ServiceNow and in this request it is possible to associate a role to a specific user. 

Once submitted, and if approved by the related assignment group, the assignee should click a custom button to assign the same role to that user in SAP as well.

So I wonder if there's something ooo that I can use for this integration (it's my first time).
