Hi Experts,
We have a Telephony system and would like to implement Service now for our service desk.
Is there any sandbox \ trial setup offered by service now, so that we can test the API integrations from our telephony platform.
Use cases :
1. Retrieve details, status of existing cases using API
2. Option to create new ticket using API
3. Option to update a ticket using API
Please suggest, If we can get a trial platform to perform the same.
