Unable to get access token

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to get the access token but every time it returns "access denied". I'm not sure whether it's a known issue or not, because I tried in a demo instance got the same issue and then in my 2 PDIs everything returns the same.  All 3 instance are in Zurich patch 4 and above.

I just want to know whether I'm missing anything or it's just known issue.

Steps done so far

1. Created this property and gave the value as true: glide.oauth.inbound.client.credential.grant_type.enabled

2. Created a new user as integration.user and gave rest_api_explorer, rest_service and even admin role.

3. Created a new inbound integrations record with Client credentials grant type. and provided the integration user record. (no scope)

You need to pass these 5 parameter value:

username is your <integration user name>
