Upload a file specified with a local storage location using the 'Attachment File API'.

Hi,

I want to upload files by specifying a local storage location using the 'Attachment API', but I do not understand how to use the API.

I was able to directly select and upload files from the REST API explorer, but I want to specify a local storage location and upload multiple files at once.

Please tell me how to specify parameters in the script or how to configure the REST API explorer.
