I need to find relevant features my Water Industry Client is interested in and that are not available using Freshservice.
The ideal scenario is to find a way to show the Client they should make an overall transition to ServiceNow.
In case you don´t consider it worthwhile then which integrations do you consider to be the most critical to make in order to fullfil some gaps on Freshservice through ServiceNow?
Thsnk you very much,
Carolina

Hi
I believe you will have a hard time in finding people in the ServiceNow community that are also good at Freshservice, which seems to be required to answer this question.
Why not talk to a ServiceNow sales rep, and have them help you gather the needed info?

It will be impossible to give the answer to your question, because we don't know your client. We don't know what their business is, we don't know what they are currently using (besides Freshservice). If it's just using the same but on a different platform, it won't be an easy sell, but if you can also show them what other tools they can get rid off by implementing it into ServiceNow, that will help.
Focus first on what they can do in ServiceNow, not on the possible integrations, because in the end you can integrate everything with anything (question is if it's worth it, but that's a different discussion).
It's your client, you know them, so you know what ServiceNow can offer them. Focus on the capabilities and getting rid of all kinds of appliations, moving (almost) everything to one platform. Just stay as far away as possible from pricing. You will loose there, because it is nearly impossible to convince a client that they aren't buying a tool, but a business optimization changing experience.
