500 Internal Server Error

Dear ServiceNow Community,

 

You may know why when updating a request item (RITM), the following error message appears:

 

500 Internal Server Error - snow_adc

 

What is the reason? How can it be corrected?

Is this happening for admins or non-admins?

Is this happening for RITMs for specific catalog item or all catalog items?

Is this happening for admins or non-admins? - Yes, it is, for both.

Is this happening for RITMs for specific catalog item or all catalog items? - for all catalog items
