We have installed App Engine Studio and it works for admin users but does not work for non users if we add the App Engine Studio Users group to users.
By not work I mean it is not visible in All / App Engine Studio at all.
Any help would be appreciated.

@VL10 - Can you confirm if you App Engine Studio Users group still has the sn_app_eng_studio.user role attached to it? Membership to that group or the App Engine Studio User Limited group should be all that's required to see and use AES as long as the role mentioned above is intact and the App Engine Studio module roles have not been modified.

Yes, they did have and the reason they could not access was something ServiceNow support identified as me needing to do a cache.do to fix.
So, I first needed support to help me do the install (as I got an error when I tired) on my Washington DC instance, and then after installing and giving access, I needed to again contact them to tell me to clear my cache via a cache.do. Not ideal but we are on our way now.
