Hi All!
I have a short_description and description field which have read and write field level Acl , both have same roles for accessing those fields. But when i impersonate with the user which have these roles, its giving write access to short_description but its not giving write access to description field. I checked UI policy , BR and ACL's but i did not find any.
Can anyone suggest me how to proceed with this.

there might be conflicting ACL on the same field. please check. also check if there are any client scripts on the form.

Try checking if there is any write role specifies for the 'description' field, also check if any other ACL's are written for this field.
