Add email address to a list field

I created a list type field which is refering to Custom table which has email address on the Custom application form. I was wondering how I can add an email address field to it (just like the Watch List which is refering to other table other than User table)

Is it a list field with a reference to the user table? I know that removing it from OOB fields can be done by adding an attribute to the dictionary "No email" and set it to true. Never tried it, but maybe add the attribute and set it to "false"

The reference table is not user table . It is a diffent custom table. I tried it it didnt work
