App Engine Plugin for PDI Not Showing Up

Hi - I can't see the App Engine Plugin for my PDI ?

After I reset the instance, the plugin showed up as installed. I found this solution by googling and it showed one of the other community members used this method. It is a bit strange though, because I had to reset my password to gain access to the instance as well.
