Hi Team,
I am trying to login into my PDI- App Engine Studio creator role and getting below error message. Even, i release the current instance and requested new instance for which also getting same error. User role already set as App Engine studio creator. Could you please suggest the solution for this problem.

No need to worry. Please follow these steps:

Log in to developer.servicenow.com.

Go to your profile.
-
On the left-hand side, open the Instance Recreate section.

Select Change User Role.
-
Change the role from AES to Admin.

Save your changes.
-
Log out, then log back in to your PDI instance.
If the issue still persists, you can release the instance and provision a new one. This is a fairly common issue with PDIs these days, and unfortunately, there's no guarantee that the new instance won't face the same issue. So, keep trying if needed.

Thanks for your response. I followed the above steps and release the instance multiple times and requested for new one but still same issue.

Yes, i tried with multiple times to release instance and requested new but still issue not resolved. Then, i release the instance and switch to old upgrade Xanadu and requested new instance in Xanadu and able to access PDI with role App engine studio creator.
