App Engine Studio

Hi Everyone,

I'm setting up a new PDI and the Developer site says that I need to install the plugins App Engine Studio and Creator Studio but I can't seem to find them.  They aren't in the plugin list under my profile nor do the seem to be available on the PDI itself.

Any thoughts would be helpful!

Ok ... you could try going through 'Activate Plugin' on developer.servicenow.com (as attached).

As I said, I did both things.

Sometimes you just get a dud instance that doesn't work properly. So, I know it's annoying, but I would release the instance (from the menu on the Developer site I just shared) and start the whole process again.

Further to that, judging by recent chatter on the Community, there seems to have been an unusually high amount of unscheduled maintenance of PDIs over the past few days, so it seems ServiceNOw may be dealing with some technical issue at present. Just something to be aware of. Setting up a PDI may become much easier in a few days' time when the dust settles.
