Best practice for syncronizing ServiceNow tables and Oracle tables

Hello everyone. Could you please share the best practices for synchronizing data between ServiceNow and Oracle? For example, I would like to achieve a scenario where data registered in the Incident table in ServiceNow is also registered in a replicated table in Oracle, and when data is registered in Oracle, a record is also added in ServiceNow.
