Cannot find my saved app

Hi!

I'm going over one of the tutorials on app creation. Following the tutorial step-by-step, I saved the app. The next step was to open the app thru "All". Unfortunately, the app doesn't appear in the list, and searching by its name returns no results. I've tried re-creating the app, but got the "the scope has already been taken" error.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated since I am totally lost 😞
