Catalog Item Template Not Appearing in AES

Hi, Community

 

I'm trying to configure Catalog Item Templates for the first time.  I've installed App Engine Studio in our development instance and am able save a flow as a template in flow designer.  I've created the first template within the Global scope and am able to see it in the sys_app_template table.

However, when navigating to Logic and Automation within AES, I do not see the template available:  only templates associated with the AES Flow Templates application.

I've repaired AES, uninstalled/reinstalled it, and made sure that the template was saved under the global scope.  All the information I've found states that it should be visible on this screen.  Does anyone know why it would not be showing up?
