Catalog Item won't be searchable for catalog item owner on Service Portal

Hi Everyone,

- There is catalog item which name is "Additional Software" it is visible on portal but the same Catalog Item won't be searchable for catalog item owner on Service Portal.

-if item is associated with "Software" Categories under Portal Catalogs. but when i change the category from "Software" to "Can We Help You?" it is working fine.

-This issue happened for catalog item owner not for admin user.

 

-Can someone help to resolve this issue and please find attached screenshot?
